Trinity Tidings – September 2023
“We LOVE BECAUSE
HE FIRST LOVED US”
1 John 4:19
Fellow Parishioners:
Hope everyone has enjoyed their summer and is looking forward to a beautiful fall! Here are some parish news updates. Sadly, we said good bye to Father Terry Bull and Candi, as they left the area to move to California. We held a coffee hour on July 18 to thank them for their service and wish them well on their next journey.
Currently we are enjoying having Rev. Colleen O’Connor lead us in worship. Vestry is presently working with Cannon Abbott Bailey, from the diocese, on options for a long -term supply priest and a more permanent solution. We will continue to keep you updated.
Unfortunately, the person we hired to do the landscaping was a no show. We will continue to work on it ourselves and try to get the grounds in better shape before winter. On a happy note, the girl scout garden is going great!
Rev. Karen Gough will be at Trinity on September 7, at 10am for the funeral of Johanna Benbenek.
