Fellow Parishioners:
After a long winter and lent we can all look forward with joy to celebrating Easter and spring, as well as the hope they both bring!
Fr. Terry will continue to lead us in worship on Sunday mornings. He and his wife Candi are helping our children learn to acoylote. Fr Terry will also be celebrating Holy Communion the last Tuesday of the month in he Parish Hall at 11:30am. If you haven’t had the opportunity to meet him yet, please plan to join us. Fr. Terry will lead us into Holy Week with the Liturgy of the Palms, Palm Sunday April 2 at 9:30am.
Fr. Dedde will be with us for Good Friday at 7pm for Stations of the Cross and to celebrate Easter Sunday with us at 9:30am. We hope to make him feel welcomed. Len and Dawn Gacek have graciously agreed to provide music for our Easter celebration and all your flower memorials will make the church beautiful as we celebrate the risen Lord!
Fr. Terry will be back with us beginning April 16, as we celebrate a little bit of Easter every Sunday in the breaking of the bread.
Trinity continues with our worship, outreach, fellowship and fundraising. Our Sunday School is doing great under the direction of Julia Tomaka and Carrie Kornacki. Our vestry is hard at work addressing the business of the church.

Vestry Summary
The vestry met March 12,2023. Fr. Terry Bull offered the opening prayer and words of encouragement to the vestry. A fire inspection will be scheduled for this month. A thank you was note was sent to the Food Pantry for their $1700 donation for the boiler repair. On going business in progress includes by-laws, active membership, updating records, LEARN and the Lancaster Youth Bureau. Trinity will resume the Postal food drive luncheon as an outreach project on May 13th.

Altar Guild
Altar Guild will be cleaning and decorating the church April 8th at 10am in preparation for Easter, all are welcome to help. A new clear sanctuary globe was purchased. Thank you all for your Easter memorials, the church should be beautiful for Easter. The plants will be labeled with your names for you to take home if you wish. The next Alar guild meeting is May 21st after church.
Women of Trinity
Women of Trinity and friends will host a luncheon at noon on April 5 at the Olive Tree. All are welcome. Thank you to everyone who supported our Lenten soup sale, you helped to make it a success, we sold 55 quarts of soup! We have 3 frozen quarts of clam chowder if anyone is interested. We will be holding our annual Mother’s Day hanging basket sale again this year. We are using the same vendor, Weeks Nursery and the orders are due by April 30, the cost will be $20 per basket. They will be ready for pickup May 1, just in time for Mother’s Day! Order forms are online and in the bulletins.

Outreach
Trinity Food Pantry ‘s mailing address is PO Box 467, Lancaster, NY 14086. There is a drop
box located outside the church for your convenience and a basket at the front of church for donations.
Postal Food Drive coming up May 13,2023. As an outreach Trinity will be proving a sandwich lunch for the workers. Volunteers welcome to help make sandwiches that morning.
If you’re cleaning out your closets don’t forget the St. Pauly’s Shed in the parking lot for your used clothing donations. People in need get the clothes, and Trinity gets paid by the pound for donations, it’s a Win-Win. Thank you!!
